Domestic Customers - Home Owners - How to:

1. Go to the self-sign up page, fill in all the details and send over to us for assessment.
2. When you register it will automatically add you to the interactive Eazy Adz map for businesses to view and enquire about.
3. We will then grade the property either Gold, Silver or Bronze depending on your description and the neighbourhood geographies.
4. Once an enquiry is received regarding your property we will send you a description of the business. We give you the oppotunity to turn down certain adverts if they don’t fit with your lifestyle, beliefs or for any reason - you don’t need to divulge why.
5. If you accept, we will arrange to pop by to erect the board. That will become the first day of the contract and payment will occur each month on that date.

If you accept, we will tell the small business the good news and leave the rest to us. We will contact you once it’s ready and organise a timescale to come and fit it (just like an estate agent would do).

Your first payment will arrive after 1 month from the day the sign goes up. Then consistently throughout the contracted amount the small business signed up to.

If you liked your first try out of this business, you might consider a second board at your property. Plus, when a contract ends, if the post is still nice and sturdy, and you are still looking forward to another business wanting to advertise with you, we can leave the post in place for the next advert (with your approval).

To help us grade your property you will tell us how much and what volume of passers-by you tend to get around your property and a little bit about the immediate neighbourhood.

E.g. you may have many commuters passing by on foot from a local train station. You’re on a main road so there’s lots of traffic or you’re near a supermarket or school. Or perhaps you overlook a carpark, etc.

Your property will still be shown on our map whilst you have an advertising board in place especially if you are open to taking on a second or third board. The remainder of the current contract time will show on your current boards. This is so any new businesses get an opportunity to enquire for when the current advertising board contract ends. You can leave us at any time outside of a contract. Once you’re signed up for a contract though, you’re expected to continue with the board until the end of the contract. If you change your mind part the way through, your payments will stop and that breach of contract will mean you won’t ever be able to be a part of this service in the future.

Grading  

We take into consideration your comments about your property’s visibility plus simple geographic neighbourhood considerations like nearby schools, stations, supermarkets, basically anything that adds to the volume of passers-by.

Then each property will come under a Gold, Silver or Bronze grading, and that will determine how much income you will receive. Its common to grade like this as some roads or areas are more desirable so please dont be offened.

Gold:  You could receive between £71 - £100 per month per board

Silver:  You could receive between £41 - £70 per month per board

Bronze:  You could receive between £11 - £40 per month per board
